
During SEK 2007, Samsung launched wireless IP phone SMT-W6100. It will enable the customers to send and receive low cost VoIP can over Wi-Fi network.
The Wi-fi phone provide customers to saving via Voiceline via Wi-Fi environment with support a wide range calling feature. It’s complied with both of popular Wi-Fi standard netowork 802.11b and 802.11g. The SMT-W6100 support a list calling features, including; Voice mail, caller ID, speed dial, automatic callback, call forwarding, call waiting, anonymous call blocking and also in addition, Samsung SMT-6100 has an Internet radio with phone book can hold up to 500 entries.
For home user, they can use their home Wi-Fi network to save on telephone calls. In the public hotspot, the phone enable callers to easily access both open and paid hotspot via built-in web browser (WAP 2.0). Soon the SMT-W6100 will be able as part of Net2Phone calling solution for corporate user.
